"We really like the people that we interacted with during the building process. Our sales person Richard Heckenlaible was really helpful during the process. He used to take weekly pictures of the progress and send us. Since we were moving from Virginia to Texas, they were really helpful. He is really courteous and would answer our calls in a very timely manner. We made a friend in Texas in Richard during the process. Our construction supervisor Robert was excellent. Very detail oriented and would help us with our questions. He has lot of knowledge in construction and would guide us through the process. Specially when we were trying to do something crazy, he would warn us. He went above and beyond in accommodating our needs during the construction process. Robert, who was our construction supervisor, was the best we have ever worked with. We built 6 houses before and he is the best. He is very patient and knowledgeable. Since we had limited time in selecting because we were away, she was very courteous and helpful.
